2025 Membership Dues

Legacy Membership

This membership is intended for parties interested in a long-term membership (more than 2 years) and comes with a one-time $1,300 membership fee.

Terms and Benefits: 

• Legacy membership dues remain fixed for 5 years 
• Guest passes are available for purchase at a discounted rate of $6 per pass
• Nanny tags are available for purchase at a discounted rate of $50
• Legacy membership fee of $1,300 can be paid in one lump sum or 4 annual installments of $325

Eligibility:

• Residents and non-residents of Warson Woods
• Former members (pre-2023) who did not pay the 2023 assessment can become a Legacy member by paying a one-time $1,000 membership fee in addition to their 2025 dues (Note- if returning members still owe a portion of their $300 initiation fee, this amount will be added to the 2025 membership fee)
• Legacy membership applications are given preference over Annual membership applications
• New members must join our waitlist and will be offered membership on a first come, first serve basis.  A $50 deposit applies to all waitlist applications.

Annual Membership

This membership is available to new or returning members who are seeking a shorter membership term (2 years or less).  

Terms:

• Annual membership dues may increase every year
• Limited to a maximum term of 2 years 
• Guest passes are available for purchase for $12 each
• Nanny passes are available for purchase for $100 each

Eligibility:

• Residents and non-residents of Warson Woods
• Limited availability. Interested parties must join our waitlist.  Applications for Annual memberships will be reviewed after Legacy membership applications are processed. A $50 deposit applies to all waitlist applications.

*Reward memberships are limited to two members, both over the age of 55, and at least one of them being a WWSC member for at least 8 years.  No children living at home.  Must be a Warson Woods resident.
